Oriental Phoenix began in Calgary in 1987, inspired by grandmother Kim Truong and the family’s Southern Vietnamese roots. Every broth, sauce and marinade is still built from scratch, slowly layered for depth and comfort.
The food carries the brightness of Southern Vietnam — seafood, rice noodles, herbs, lemongrass, grilled meats and broths shaped by French, Chinese, Indian and American influences.
